Youcan is proving that youth can  lead positive impact.

Since the late 90’s YOUCAN has developed some of the most engaging  training programs in the country. To help cultivate leadership, YOUCAN inspire youth through peacebuilding workshops in  mediation, facilitation, negotiation and cross-cultural  conflict resolution.  They lead training workshops and conferences through extensive partnerships with youth advancing organizations, cities and institutions such as high schools and juvenile detention centers.

In partnership with strategist Nate Gerber, we facilitated an intensive branding and business modelling exercise using tools such as Business Model Canvas (http://www.businessmodelgeneration.com/canvas) (http://weblog.tetradian.com/2010/09/11/business-model-canvas-for-nonprof...) with YOUCAN CEO, executive staff and regional frontline agents, youth volunteers, and YOUCAN alumni.
